Description
Bronze statue of two Chickasaw Warriors on a hunt at the Chickasaw Cultural Center in Sulphur, Oklahoma. They carry bows with stone tipped river cane arrows in their river cane woven quivers. They carry their knives and sheathes around their neck and they are adorned with shell ornaments on their arms, legs, necks and ears.
This bronze sculpture was created by James Blackburn and depicts the great trackers and hunters of the Chickasaw Nation.
