Description
This is Travertine Creek in the Chickasaw National Recreation Area in Davis, Oklahoma. There had been a recent rain and what is usually a trickling little creek was a more dramatic sight with the water rushing over the rocks and around the trees. This picture was taken in early fall, just as the leaves in the trees were beginning to turn their autumn colors of yellow and gold.
